Rental Responsibility: You assume full responsibility for returning all rented equipment in good condition. A valid photo ID is required before renting any equipment.

Risk Acknowledgment: Surfing is a hazardous activity with inherent risks, including but not limited to injury to yourself, damage to equipment, harm to others, or even death. By renting from Surf Revival, you acknowledge and accept these risks and assume full responsibility for any injury or damage resulting from your use or misuse of the equipment.

Liability Waiver: Surf Revival is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by the use or misuse of the rented equipment. By hiring from Surf Revival, you waive and release Surf Revival and the equipment manufacturers from any and all claims for negligence or liability arising from your use of the equipment.

Equipment Damage & Loss: You acknowledge that you have inspected and received the equipment in good condition. You are liable for any loss, theft, creased, dinged, or snapped boards. In such cases, you will be charged the cost of repair or full replacement. Any other damage will be evaluated by Surf Revival staff, and repair costs may range from $30 to full replacement value.

Security Hold & Payment: A security hold may be placed on your credit card for the duration of the rental. This hold may take up to 48 hours to be released after the equipment is returned in acceptable condition.

If paying by cash a $100 cash bond will be required which will be returned after the equipment is returned in acceptable conditon.
